    Job Description

    1. Business Setup and Administration:
      • Collaborate with senior executives to facilitate the setup of operations in the Philippines.
      • Oversee the acquisition of permits, ensuring legal compliance and coordination with external partners for seamless processes.
      • Spearhead the establishment of the office in the Philippines, including facilities management, logistics, vendor relationships, and comprehensive administrative processes.
    2. HR Leadership:
      • Design and implement robust HR systems, including recruitment, learning and development, and cultural initiatives.
      • Manage and enhance HR processes to align with the company's objectives and values.
      • Lead the overall responsibility for the country HR function, including manpower planning, talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, and compensation and benefits.
      • Serve as a strategic business advisor to the country head and senior management team regarding key organizational and management issues.
    3. Strategic Planning:
      • Contribute to the strategic planning of the organization, aligning HR and administration practices with organizational goals.
      • Drive initiatives to enhance organizational culture, employee engagement, and talent development.

    The Successful Applicant

    • Proven experience as a senior HR leader, ideally at the Senior Manager/Director/VP level, with a background in business administration.
    • Strong understanding of local legalities, with experience working with external partners in the region.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills to foster collaboration with international teams.
    • Ability to thrive in a start-up-like atmosphere, with a focus on strategic thinking and adaptability.
