In my role, I handle various tasks vital to the smooth operation of Bench Cosmetics' distributor accounts nationwide in the Philippines. From encoding and monitoring purchase orders to creating proforma invoices and arranging deliveries, I ensure that every transaction is executed seamlessly. I also take charge of generating detailed sales reports and monitoring the growth of our distributor accounts, providing valuable insights for strategic planning.

Additionally, I support the Distributor Specialist by assisting in the preparation of monthly coverage areas, trip budgets, and other administrative tasks. I play a key role in preparing quarterly targets and sales incentives, as well as overseeing the annual renewal of Distributorship Agreements, ensuring our partnerships remain strong.

Beyond these responsibilities, I manage the Daily Time Records of promodisers for Executive Accounts and provide essential clerical support to the Bench Sales Admin Group.
