    Position: Finance Manager

    Location: BGC, Taguig

    Work Setup: Onsite

    Schedule: Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced and highly qualified Financial Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of proven expertise in General Accounting, encompassing Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, and Controllership. As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), the successful candidate will bring a strong financial acumen and proficiency in Finance Reporting.

    Responsibilities:

    General Accounting:

    • Oversee and manage day-to-day activities in Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables.
    • Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
    • Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial assets.

    Controllership:

    • Lead the financial reporting process, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
    • Coordinate with internal and external auditors during financial audits.

    Financial Reporting:

    • Prepare and present financial statements and reports to key stakeholders.
    • Develop and implement reporting processes to enhance transparency and accuracy.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and changes in accounting standards.

    Compliance and Regulation:

    • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and financial best practices.
    • Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and communicate their impact on the organization.

    Team Leadership:

    • Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
    • Provide guidance on complex accounting issues and foster professional development within the team.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is mandatory.
    • 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in General Accounting, including roles in Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, and Controllership.
    • Strong proficiency in Finance Reporting.
    • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
