    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager at Megaworld Corporation located in Taguig. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, preparing financial reports, analyzing data, and providing strategic financial advice to support decision-making. They will work closely with senior management and other departments to ensure financial stability and success of the company.

    This is also a full-time on-site role for a Finance AVP at Megaworld Corporation located in Taguig. The Finance AVP will be responsible for managing and leading the finance team, overseeing financial planning and analysis, conducting financial audits, and implementing financial strategies to drive business growth. They will play a key role in financial decision-making and providing insights to senior management.

    Qualifications
    • Certified Public Accountant
    • Experience in the real estate is an advantage
    • Strong knowledge of financial management principles, accounting standards, and financial analysis
    • Experience in financial reporting, planning, budgeting, and forecasting
    • Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
