Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable Management (UK & PH): Oversee all incoming payments and manage the invoicing process. Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain accurate records.
Accounts Payable Management (PH Only): Handle all outgoing payments, including supplier invoices, salaries, and expenses. Manage relationships with suppliers and ensure timely payments.
Bookkeeping (PH Only): Maintain accurate financial records, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments. Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations of the Philippines.
Financial Reporting (UK & PH): Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Analyze financial performance and provide insights to management.
Budgeting and Strategy Advisory (UK & PH): Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts. Provide strategic advice based on financial analysis and projections.
BIR Compliance Reporting (PH Only): Prepare and file monthly reports to our accountants for Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) compliance in the Philippines.
Solving Client Finance Queries (UK & PH): Provide excellent customer service to our clients, addressing their financial queries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. An CPA or relevant certification is preferred.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a similar industry.
Extensive knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes, especially in relation to BIR compliance.
Proficiency in financial software, Xero and Excel is a must.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal.
The ability to work independently and collaboratively across different time zones.
Native or highly fluent level of spoken and written English.
