- The Corporate Recruiter will play a vital role in helping the Talent Acquisition Team meet their departmental KPIs such as Fill Rate, On-time Delivery and Quality of Hires
- Source talents, both active and passive, using traditional and digital channels.
- Conduct initial assessment based on job specifications.
- Act as company ambassador during external recruitment events ie. university job fairs, local government job fairs, exclusive career caravan
- Update candidate database, trackers, and reports in a timely manner
- Provide administrative support, if needed
- Perform other tasks as instructed by the immediate superior.
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Psychology, Behavioral Science or Human Resource Management
- Minimum 1 year experience in sourcing for various corporate functions ie. HR, Sales, Marketing, IT, Supply Chain, Audit, Finance.
- Experience in a recruitment search firm is an advantage.
- Experience in boolean search and in using various sourcing channels (ie. LinkedIn, Facebook, Jobstreet, Monster, Glassdoor, Indeed)
- Experience in creating marketing materials is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and Word.
- Above average English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and possesses high aptitude for learning
- Must be a self-starter, has sense of urgency, works well under pressure, performs well in a fast-paced environment, can foster strong working relationships, exudes professionalism.
- Ability to handle and maintain confidential information.
- Willing to work in a hybrid work arrangement.
