Creative Strategist - Philippines - The Fidget Game

We're looking for a highly organized, and proactive Creative Strategist / Marketing Associate to support our Head of Creative & Marketing.

This is NOT a traditional EA role.

This position is designed to remove day-to-day execution, content coordination, and campaign logistics from leadership's plate so they can focus on high-level strategy and scaling the brand.

You will act as an operational extension of the Creative & Marketing team — helping manage content workflows, campaign execution, reporting, partnerships, and systems organization across multiple platforms. This is a 100% full-time remote role and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving brand environment and understands how marketing and creative teams operate.

Important: Required Background

This role requires:

• Proven experience supporting marketing or creative meta ads
• At least 1–2 years of experience working with a US-based company
• Familiarity with content creation workflows
• Understanding of social media operations and digital campaigns
• Must be able to develop data-driven creative strategies for paid social campaigns
• Ability to research and identify winning ad concepts using tools such as Meta Ad Library, TikTok Creative Center, or similar platforms
• Ability to analyze ad performance metrics (CTR, hook rate, hold rate, CPA, etc.) and iterate creative concepts accordingly
• Must be comfortable collaborating with media buyers and editors to test and scale creatives
• Ability to consistently generate multiple new ad concepts weekly
• Experience handling basic Executive Assistant responsibilities (organization, coordination, reporting, scheduling, documentation)

This is not suited for someone with only general admin experience. You must understand marketing ecosystems and creative production processes.

What You'll Do:

Social Media & Community Management

• Engage with published content across platforms
• Reshare tagged content and manage daily posting workflows
• Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and community engagement (non-customer support)
• Support giveaways, campaigns, and engagement initiatives
• Post and manage activity in Facebook Groups

Creative & Content Coordination

• Organize creative concepts, scripts, and campaign briefs
• Coordinate with video editors, designers, and content creators
• Manage UGC content and creator communications
• Upload and organize creative assets
• Provide light copy editing and creative feedback when needed

Partnerships & Affiliate Support

• Manage affiliate communications and applications
• Coordinate influencer outreach and collaboration logistics
• Track partnerships and campaign deliverables
• Assist with codes, payments, and documentation

TikTok Shop & Community Programs

• Monitor TikTok Shop activity
• Support creator communications
• Track product seeding and fulfillment coordination
• Maintain program documentation and organization

Reporting & Administrative Support

• Maintain email performance trackers
• Compile monthly social media reports
• Support campaign setup (codes, documentation, system updates)
• Keep systems, files, and workflows organized
• Assist with executive coordination tasks as needed

Campaign & Launch Support

• Assist in preparing content for launches
• Coordinate asset uploads and documentation
• Support cross-team communication to keep projects moving

Qualifications

• Experience as an Executive Assistant, Marketing Assistant, or Creative Operations Support
• Strong understanding of social media and content workflows
• Excellent written communication skills
• Highly organized and process-driven
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, trackers, and digital tools
• Experience in e-commerce or brand marketing is a plus
