    Position Title:

    INTERNAL AUDIT ASSISTANTJob Requirements:

    • Graduate of Accountancy, Internal Audit, Financial Management or any related business course
    • With experience in operational and financial audit, a privilege if in the same industry
    • Analytical and deliberative, attentive to details
    • With ability to work under pressure
    • Can work independently and as part of a team
    • With good communication skills (Written and Oral)
    • Must be proficient in MS-Office

    1000Job Summary:

    • The internal audit assistant is expected to provide assistance on operation, financial and compliance audit, even on special engagements if required. He/She is required to properly document execution of audit procedures and results, for further review and evaluation of immediate superior.

    Job Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Work under the supervision of Internal Audit Manager and Auditor In-Charge
    • Assist in the planning phase of assigned audit scope/process and in the process of evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls
    • Perform understanding of the processes/accounts under review and execute detailed audit procedures, including review of transactions, documents, reports and policies and procedures
    • Prepare working papers and develop recommendation to address noted observation/issues
