    Job Description

    As the Chief Marketing Officer -FMCG, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's marketing strategy and driving its continued success. You will lead and oversee key marketing service pillars, including media and advertising partnerships, insights and analytics, marketing capability, and business partnering. We are seeking a high-caliber talent with a digital-first mindset and a deep understanding of consumer behavior.

    • Develop and execute a global marketing strategy that aligns with the company's vision and business goals, driving brand growth and customer engagement.
    • Build and foster a high-performance marketing team, ensuring that the organization has the right talent, skills, and capabilities to excel in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and finance, to ensure marketing strategies are integrated and support overall business objectives.
    • Drive marketing innovation and experimentation, staying at the forefront of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
    • Lead partnerships with media agencies, advertising platforms, and technology providers to optimize media spend, enhance brand visibility, and ensure a consistent and compelling brand message across channels.
