- Contribute to and/or lead the design, development, integration, testing, deployment, ongoing management, and enhancement of SAP HCM-based solutions, in order to meet client requirements and objectives

- Balance working independently and working collaboratively with other consultants from the same or related modules, external integrated applications, clients, and/or other third-party vendors, with minimal supervision
- Leverage functional and technical expertise to meet engagement objectives and contribute to capability building activities
- Execute all deliverables in accordance to company leadership values and in alignment with overall company and organization strategy and direction
- Lead and/or contribute to team, organization, and/or account strategies, initiatives, and/or activities
- Comply with key project critical metrics, delivery, milestones and/or service level agreements
- Comply with all team, organization, and client deliverables, targets, policies and procedures
- 6+ years of professional experience and a Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study
- Minimum of 10 years of SAP FICO experience
- Functional and technical proficiency in SAP applications-related work
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Central Finance, SAP SLT
- Knowledge and experience in SAP ABAP Debugging is a big plus
- Must have at least 3 full lifecycle SAP FICO implementations, solid industry experience, and/or consulting experience
- Strong hands-on experience in and knowledge of core SAP FICO modules
- Strong knowledge of key integration points with SAP FICO and other SAP modules, including SD, MM, PP, PM, PS
- Strong leadership and management experience
- Must demonstrate ability to understand clients' business and objectives
- Must have a high-performing, "can-do" attitude: adaptability, flexibility, resourcefulness; is results-oriented, a self-starter and a critical thinker
- Must be able to work in both an individual and a team environment
- Must have strong oral and written communication skills

Provide technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams. Responsible for providing technical support and/or leadership in the creation and delivery of technology solutions designed to meet customers' business needs and, consequently, for understanding customers' businesses. As trusted advisor create and maintain effective customer relationships so as to insure customer satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of leading edge technologies and industry/market domain knowledge. Actively contribute to the company's solutions portfolio by providing information ranging from technical knowledge to methodologies based on experience gained from customer projects. Shape technical direction and technical strategies within the organization and for external customers. Accountable for consistent and significant chargeability levels (or expense relief for internal project teams) and for assisting in meeting or exceeding revenue and customer satisfaction goals. Contribute to organization's profitability by generating and cultivating new business opportunities and by providing technical support for deal proposal development.
