By joining us as an Analyst II, Payroll, you will be one of the key members who will ensure that the APAC operations are achieving the desired level of customer service through operational support to achieve the Payroll Operations service level goals. You will act as an expert with knowledge in all areas of the payroll processing support for Asia Pacific (APAC).

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Acquire and maintain knowledge on payroll processes, legislative requirements, and all knowledge relating to payroll for countries of support for the Asia Pacific region.
• Process/run payroll interfaces, ensure schedules are set, and run and reconcile payroll interface data on a per need or ad-hoc basis.
• Work with Digital HCM implementations team on possible interface specification changes and regression testing requirements.
• Ensure that payroll related reports and files are transferred securely from and to payroll, bank vendors, and business units.
• Review business units' feedback on payroll reports and ensure that business units do necessary updates on HCM/HRIS systems.
• Conduct pre-payroll and post-payroll audits to ensure information sent to the payroll vendors is accurate.
• Serve as Business Unit Point of Contact for updating payroll related employee information.
• Serve as Payroll Vendor Liaison Officer.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Financial, Accounting, Psychology, or related courses.
• Related experience in a shared services industry (Payroll or HR processing).
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledgeable in any Payroll system.
• Proficiency in English written and oral communication skills.
