Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Software (WFS) Consultant – ACT Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ADP Workforce Software, particularly the ACT module, and will play a key role in leading end-to-end implementations, configurations, and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end ACT module implementations within Workforce Software.
- Perform system configuration, architecture design, and interface management.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and integrations.
- Support reporting and analytics initiatives using BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices, troubleshooting, and optimization of Workforce Software.
Experience Required:
- 3–8 years of experience with ADP Workforce Software, including the ACT module.
- Proven experience in system configuration, architecture, and interface management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end ACT implementations successfully.
Certifications (Mandatory / Preferred):
- Mandatory: PT101, PT102, ACT certifications.
- Preferred: Additional certifications such as CT103, CT104, or Workforce Time Interfaces.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with SAP Employee Central and its interfaces with Workforce Software (WFS).
- Experience with reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, HRIS, or a related field preferred.
