    The Role: Program Manager, Capital IQ Solutions

    The Location: Philippines

    Grade(for internal use only): 10A

    The Team: The Capital IQ Solutions team is responsible for delivering quality product enhancements on our Capital IQ products. Our customers have come to rely on our products to provide valuable insights that optimize their workflows with best-in-class tooling.

    The Impact: As a part of this team, you'll support all our platform deliverables, ensuring they meet the highest quality and standards our customers have come to expect. You will be coordinating across the product teams and senior leaders regarding the different projects on our roadmap, identifying and mitigating risks and dependencies along the way. You will provide valuable feedback and timely updates to stakeholders across the organization.

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinating cross-project activities for multiple business objectives and initiatives
    • Monitoring program progress, resolving issues, and initiating appropriate corrective actions
    • Managing stakeholder communications
    • Managing process documentation and ensuring compliance with company standards
    • Ensuring milestones are well defined and met across the program

    Qualifications

    • At least 1 year of experience in program and/or project management
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Well organized and able to meet agreed upon deadlines
    • Highly collaborative individual
    • Strong communication skills, including oral, written, and presentation
    • Knowledge of Productboard or Appian is a plus
    • Amenable to work the night shift.
