- Thoroughly review mortgage applications to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Verify applicant information, including income, employment history, identification, and other relevant documentation.
- Assess creditworthiness and eligibility by checking credit reports, assessing serviceability, reviewing property valuations, and verifying supporting documents.
- Ensure applications are eligible and compliant prior to Lender submission.
- Communicate with loan officers, applicants, and third-party vendors to ensure the efficient processing of applications.
- Monitor and follow up Lenders to ensure applications are processed within SLA; escalate matters where required.
- Provide clear and concise updates on application status and credit analysis to relevant stakeholders.
- Collect and organise all required documents for mortgage applications.
- Assist applicants in understanding the credit process and guide them through the necessary documentation requirements.
- Respond promptly to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactively support the client's mortgage brokers and other team members.
- Lodge and follow up pricing requests.
- Manage CRM and maintain accurate customer files and records.
- Relevant educational qualifications.
- Experience in mortgage credit assessment (Australian mortgage experience preferred).
- Competency with mortgage serviceability calculators.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of lending principles, credit assessment, and regulatory requirements, for example, NCCP, Privacy, AML/KYC, and Responsible Lending.
- Advanced mortgage broker support skills.
- Confident spoken and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Competitive salary of up to P60,000 per month (depending on experience)
- Allowances of up to P4,000 per month
- A supportive and friendly team environment.
- Australian business hours schedule (morning/day shift), Monday to Friday
