- for those without BPO experience and have not finished college, you must have completed 2nd year college or any associate course without failing grades (no back subjects), and have 6 months of customer-facing work experience
- for high school graduates, minimum of 6 months international voice BPO experience required
- not tied up with academics; not currently studying nor enrolling for school
- BPO experience handling international voice account is always an ADVANTAGE but not required for those who finished sophomore college or higher.
