    Your Role

    • Provide support in various areas related to all HR learning activities derived from Learning Management involving tools such as Cornerstone OnDemand, SAP, Pro web/ Ariba, Outlook
    • Perform regular ad-hoc reporting on training histories
    • Conduct systems documentation updates and revisions as well as maintenance of events in the Learning Management System
    • Provide administration support to the Henkel Global Academy eLearnings (e.g. upload of courses onto the platform, set-up of business unit-specific campuses, edit of business unit-specific courses, map courses, eLearning related reporting)
    • Analyze training needs, developing, designing and facilitating learning initiatives for the Global HR Group; Ensure collaboration and alignment with the other HRDirect Centers

    YOUR SKILLS

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/ Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or other relevant courses
    • Preferably with one (1) year of relevant experience in Human Resources field handling Training Organization or Learning Management Coordination; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
    • Knowledge in Microsoft Office 360 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Share Point) is required
    • Proficient in both verbal and written English communication skills
    • Must be able to organize, manage multiple projects, and execute key deliverables within required timeframes, with analytical skills
    • Amenable to work on a day shift schedule (9AM to 6PM) on a hybrid set up (combination of work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati)
    • Amenable to accept a one-year (1) project-based position
