- Assist in checking the collection reports from Regional Offices and collecting agents to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the submitted reports;
- Assist in examining and validating remittance reports, receipts, and bank remittance advice/credits and the matching of actual receipts of collections versus remittance reports and individual receipts and ensure that all are properly recorded and booked;
- Coordinates and acts as liaison officer to collecting bank/branches and regional offices on matters relative to findings and discrepancies between corporate records, bank advice/credits vs. collecting data submitted;
- Encode, check, edit, and finalize reports for a list of online collections per date of payment; classify account category then generate Summary of Remittance Report;
- Reproduces, collates, and files copies of Remittance Report and Abstract of Collection for distribution to various departments thru FCD;
- Assist in the preparation of communication and memoranda to concerned departments/units regarding discrepancies in the remittance reports so that proper adjustments could be posted in the borrower's ledgers;
- Verifies returned checks reported by LBP and prepares memorandum for cancellation of payment;
- Assist in the monthly preparation of Cash Position report ; validates fund balances; collection reports.
