    Job Description:

    Position Summary

    The Recruiting Coordinator supports the full recruitment lifecycle by managing scheduling, communication, candidate experience, and administrative processes. This role ensures the hiring process runs smoothly and efficiently while partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, including phone screens, virtual meetings, and onsite interviews.
    • Manage interview logistics, such as panel availability, room bookings, and assessment planning.
    • Communicate interview details and expectations clearly to candidates and internal stakeholders.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates during the hiring process.
    • Ensure timely follow-up, updates, and adherence to committed timelines.
    • Provide a welcoming and professional experience at each stage of the recruitment process.
    • Maintain candidate records and job postings.
    • Ensure compliance with data management and hiring guidelines.
    • Prepare letters, background check requests, and new-hire paperwork (if part of the role scope).
    • Support recruiters with pipeline tracking, sourcing coordination, and requisition management.
    • Provide recruitment reports, dashboards, and metrics as needed.
    • Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiters to ensure smooth and organized processes.
    • Coordinate with HR, onboarding teams, and department heads for seamless candidate transitions.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
    • 1–3 years of experience in HR, staffing coordination, or administrative support.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) or equivalent tools.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience coordinating high-volume recruiting.
    • Familiarity with HR compliance, background checks, and hiring processes.
    • Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
