About the role
Join the dynamic team at New Marketlink Pharmaceutical Corporation as our National Sales Manager. In this full-time position based in Pasig City, Metro Manila, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's sales strategy and expanding our reach across the Philippines. As a key member of our sales leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing a talented team of regional sales representatives and developing innovative approaches to acquire new clients and strengthen existing relationships.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Lead, motivate and coach a team of regional sales representatives to maximise their performance and drive results
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales plans
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operational teams to support the successful launch and promotion of our pharmaceutical products
- Foster strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers to secure new business and strengthen client loyalty
- Monitor competitor activity and market conditions to inform our sales strategies and pricing models
- Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership on sales performance, pipeline, and market intelligence
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years of proven success in pharmaceutical sales management, leading high-performing sales teams
- Extensive knowledge of the Philippine healthcare and pharmaceutical industry, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a talented sales team
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and develop data-driven sales strategies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
