- Produce project objective timelines, raci and other deliverable documentation
- Edit and refine SOP, SOW, briefs and other project/process docs when necessary
- Regularly seek feedback and critique on work produced and execution
- Liaise and lead effectively on client or team calls
- Support the wider team throughout the execution of campaigns and projects with asset collection, distribution and direction
- Participate during Creative team meetings and share ideas
- Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally within Channel Bakers and Absurd Media Group with other key stakeholders including People & Culture, Engineering, and Advertising.
- Early morning and/or graveyard shift to cater to our US/EMEA clients with a 1-2 hr overlap with Philippine time. Shift time 11pm - 8am PH Time.
- Minimum of 5+ years as a Graphic Designer ideally working as part of a fast-paced Creative team
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Graphic Design or associated subject
- Highly skilled user of Adobe Creative Suite Products
- Quick speed to execution
- Elevated aesthetic
- Web/UI/UX experience a significant plus but not essential
- Proficient user of standard office software (MS Office etc.)
- Experience of agile working in a fluid, customer focused environment
- Advertising or Marketing agency experience is a significant bonus but not essential.
- Strong and effective communicator (written, spoken and visual) that can defend design decisions based on data not opinion.
- Experience of working as part of a wider high performing team
- Motivated individual who is highly organized and can take a creative project from start to finish

You will encompass all levels prior but with more experience you will have a broader spectrum of tools and great impact on overall project campaigns and designs. Your work captures an elevated aesthetic and understands the goals of the client beyond the creative brief. Your attention to detail and keen eye for great design make you a great resource for team members and a go-to for larger brand projects. You execute creative activities through the overall conceptualization and implementation of design solutions that meet marketing strategies and support the revenue goals of the organization. A great understanding of typography, layout, illustration and art direction will be needed to help the team produce the best work possible. Being able to communicate progress and timelines effectively to clients and stakeholders is key, alongside contributing to the entire creative process and keeping a finger on the pulse of current trends.
You are passionate about design and products, and flexible to work on a variety of assignments with the ability to learn quickly. You are confident when sharing ideas or providing feedback in a team environment.
