ABOUT THE ROLE

The Graphic Designer's key role is responsible for creating a key visual or visible image that conveys the brand's message which will be executed in our online channels and also on our other promotional materials.
Directly reporting to Marketing Manager
The position is a full-time position and the normal weekly schedule shall be from Mondays to Fridays from 06:30 AM to 03:00 PM (Philippine Time) and 05:30 AM to 02:00 PM (Philippine Time) during Daylight Saving Time in the Commonwealth of Australia.
Willing to be assigned in Boni Mandaluyong

Key Responsibilities

Designing brochures in Adobe InDesign using an established template for both print and digital publication.
Designing artwork for social media campaigns based on established templates or in some instances designed completely as a new concept.
Formatting and retouching of images in Photoshop, including image enhancement, modification, and resizing for web or print applications
File management of multipage brochures in Adobe Acrobat.
Design flyers and other marketing material using both supplied and researched information.
Research and learn about the products and services that the company provides and pitch new ideas/proposals for marketing
Reporting, receiving briefs, collaborating with, and submitting work to the current Creative Director

Essential Skills

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/ College Degree in Art/ Design/ Creative Multimedia, Marketing or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of related experience
High-level ability in Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat is essential.
Proven knowledge of design fundamentals such as page layout and typography
Ability to design and layout supplied text and graphics creatively, with versatility and attention to detail
Good visual, spoken, and written communication skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Basic understanding of copyright and intellectual property
Displays the initiative, attitude, and ability to thrive within a dynamic team environment, and learn about the products and services that are provided by the employing company
Attention to detail and passionate for producing high-quality work.

Desirable skills but not essential

Website management in WordPress
Experience with Email Marketing platforms
Ability to create presentations and marketing material with PowerPoint
Video editing experience with Adobe Premiere or other platforms
3D rendering or animation experience.

Highly Desirable

Hubspot CRM knowledge and experience
Previous Team Leader / Supervisory experience
