- Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree or Vocational Course in Culinary Science, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field
- Preferably with at least two (2) years of experience in the same role within the baking and food & beverage industry
- Knowledgeable in baking facility operations
- Passionate about food and beverages, particularly breads and pastries
- Willing to work on shifting schedules
- Solution-oriented and able to perform well in a fast-paced environment
