    Patient Financial Services Associate/ Digital Support, be 100% YOU with MicroSourcing

    APatient Financial Services Associate/ Digital Support is expected to perform the following tasks:

    Under general supervision and by established procedures, perform duties related to patient financial services and patient care coordination.

    Heavy emphasis on day-to-day tasks including but not limited to:
    • Schedule client's patient appointments through messaging platform
    • Send patient's upcoming appointment reminders and telehealth appointment links
    • Upload patient documents before appointment (client registration form, insurance card(s), photo identification, no-show policy, and medical history questionnaire)
    • Pre-register all patient demographics and insurance coverage information
    • Verify and/or update all patient insurance before the patient comes into the office
    • Provide digital messages for all patients with a potential out-of-pocket cost before their appointment
    • Route corresponding conversations to their appropriate client inboxes (clinical, prescriptions, eligibility verification, etc.)
    • Assign completed conversations to the 'closed' inbox maintaining digital inboxes
    • Adding patients to client's call waitlist if the patient declines the use of digital messaging
    • Answer all designated digital message inquiries 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday
    • Skill Level: Intermed to Advance Ability to check eligibility insurance, customer service, experience with patient registration, EMR system experience (does not have to be epic).
    What it takes to be part of our team:
    • Must have EMR + Customer Service in Healthcare experience
    • Good communication skills
    • Amenable to onsite Set-up.
    • Amenable to work on a Night Shift.
