    Customer Service Representative

    the commercial spectrum. We are passionate about delivering exceptional service and support.

    Job Responsibilities:
    • Provide direct support to assigned Customer Service Account Executive to ensure that service tickets are resolved within the contractual SLAs.
    • Respond to pricing inquiries and update database.
    • Enter pricing data into the system with precision.
    • Maintain and update annual price lists from vendors.
    • Execute high level data entry tasks.
    • Provide copies of documentation as required to other departments.
    • Concurrently manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and projects.
    • Generate and review reports.
    • Track and document all customer communications through Zendesk.
    • Deliver exceptional account service and cultivate successful customer relationships.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
    Education & Qualifications:
    • Minimum 2 years' experience as SaaS Customer Service
    • Minimum associate degree, bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Proficiency in: ZenDesk, Microsoft Office Suite, Gmail, Zoom, Slack
    • Ability to multi-task across multiple software systems and customers
