    Customer Service Representative (CSR)

    Job Responsibilities
    • Answer customer phone calls and check order status
    • Take customer orders over the phone and enter into the website and charge credit card
    • Use Zoho CRM to communicate with customers and update customers history
    • Use Zoho Chat to answer customer questions.
    • Reply to customer email and enter customer orders received.
    • Use inventory management to track orders
    • Log into Supplier Web Portal to check order status and update in portal
    • Call Customers on a Monthly basis to review supply orders for labels, inks and ribbon
    • Enter new inquiries into Zoho CRM
    • Update Zoho CRM customer information
    • Use Zoho Campaigns to send out monthly emails
    Qualifications
    • Good English communications skills
    • Microsoft word, excel
    • Email
    • Ability to write emails , chat in English
    • Ability to use Web portals for email
