    Customer Service Representative - Spanish Bilingual be 100% YOU with MicroSourcing

    A Customer Service Representative - Spanish Bilingual is expected to:
    • Manage inbound and outbound calls involving customers, service technicians, and sales associates.
    • Addresse various call types, such as confirming delivery satisfaction, verifying future scheduled deliveries, resolving damaged furniture claims, and providing ETAs for backordered product inquiries.
    • Engage in other activities during non-call periods, including taking breaks, participating in one-on-one coaching sessions with supervisors, undergoing necessary training (refresher and process changes), and checking emails for communication updates.
    What it takes to be part of our team:
    • Fluency in Spanish and English is REQUIRED
    • At least a year of proven experience in Customer Service is REQUIRED, preferably Spanish CSR
