- Lead the development and execution of the company's financial planning processes, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Work closely with senior management to align financial strategies with overall business objectives.
- Oversee the annual budgeting process and provide insightful analysis of variances.
- Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts to guide decision-making.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide actionable insights to support operational and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to leadership, highlighting key performance indicators and metrics.
- Monitor and communicate financial performance against budget and forecasts.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather relevant financial data and ensure alignment of financial goals with operational objectives.
- Support business units in understanding financial implications of their activities.
- Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Drive initiatives to streamline reporting and enhance data integrity.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA preferred.
- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis in a multinational company preferred
- At least 5 years work experience in the related field
- Advanced proficiency in financial planning and analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
