    Duties & Responsibilities

    Community Engagement
    • Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages.
    • Respond promptly to inquiries, comments, and messages in a professional and helpful manner.
    • Foster conversations and interactions within the community to build relationships and increase engagement.
    • Community Growth and Outreach

    Identify and engage with influencers and advocates within the community.
    • Participate in relevant online discussions and forums to increase visibility and reach.
    • Analytics and Reporting

    Track key metrics such as engagement, reach, and follower growth.
    • Analyze data to gain insights into community behavior and preferences.
    • Prepare regular reports to evaluate the performance of social media efforts and inform future strategies.

    Social and Reputation Management
    • Monitor conversations about the brand or relevant topics on social media.
    • Address any negative feedback or issues promptly and professionally.
    • Proactively manage the brand's online reputation by promoting positive interactions and addressing concerns.

    Stay Updated on Trends and Best Practices
    • Keep abreast of industry trends, social media platform updates, and best practices.
    • Experiment with new features and tactics to keep the community engaged and informed.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Administration or related field.
    • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Social Media Managing
    • Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English.
    • Any further marketing experience is a plus.
    • Willing to work 100% onsite in our Alabang, Muntinlupa Office
    • Willing to work afternoon shift (starts at 2pm, 3pm or 4pm)
