    Wir suchen einen starken Sales Account Manager für den deutschsprachigen Markt (Deutschland, Österreich, Schweiz, etc.), der eng mit SmartInvest zusammenarbeitet, einem spannenden Online-Trading-/Finanzdienstleistungsunternehmen, das eine der erfolgreichsten internationalen Trading Communities betreibt. Du wirst mit neuen und bestehenden Kunden arbeiten und ihnen bei der Plattform und bei handelsspezifischen Fragen helfen.

    Unser Partner betreibt eine der größten Trading-Communities der Welt mit einem Schwerpunkt auf fundierter Ausbildung. Die Mitglieder bestehen aus Händlern und Investoren aller Erfahrungsstufen. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Ausbildung im kurzfristigen Handel (Fundamentalanalyse/Marktstimmungsanalyse). In diesem Bereich arbeitet unser Kooperationspartner mit führenden Finanzpartnern wie CFD- und Krypto-Brokern zusammen. Wir helfen unserem Kooperationspartner vor allem bei der Akquise, Qualifizierung und Kundenbindung. Der Kundenkontakt findet digital statt, hauptsächlich über Messenger-Dienste.

    Deine Aufgaben als Sales Account Manager:

    • Effektives Onboarding neuer Kunden als Vertriebsbeauftragter/Community Advisor
    • Management von Leads und Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Kunden, u.a. bei

    a) Fragen zur Einzahlung und Finanzierung

    b) Fragen zur Funktionalität der Plattform(en) & Dienstleistungen

    c) Handels- und marktbezogene Fragen

    • Effiziente und professionelle Betreuung von Bestandskunden (als Kundenbetreuer hast du dein eigenes Kundenportfolio)
    • Alle Aktivitäten müssen mit den aufsichtsrechtlichen und Compliance-Anforderungen in Einklang stehen
    • Zusammenarbeit mit anderen wichtigen internen Abteilungen, insbesondere mit dem Support, dem Marketing und der Produktentwicklung.
    • Vorschläge für Innovationen und Verbesserungen des Kundenerlebnisses

    Erforderliche Fähigkeiten:

    • Erfahrung im Vertrieb, Online-Marketing, Finanzmarkt oder im kaufmännischen Bereich
    • Ein Bachelor-Abschluss oder eine Berufsausbildung im Bereich Finanzen, Wirtschaft oder ähnlichem ist wünschenswert, aber nicht erforderlich
    • Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; andere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil
    • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
    • Großes Interesse am Geschehen auf den Finanzmärkten im Allgemeinen und am Handel im Besonderen.
    • Erfahrungen im Handel, mit den Softwareprogrammen MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5 oder cTrader und/oder das Erlernen von Handelsstrategien sind von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich - wir geben auch Neulingen im Bereich Finanzen/Trading eine Chance.
