- Validation of data received for processing parallel and go live run.
- Identify any gaps in the data received and highlight it to Project manager.
- Process payroll parallel / dry run in the payroll application.
- Analyse the delta between the clients' payroll and ADP parallel / dry run.
- Re-run parallel / dry run as required.
- Work closely with the Functional consultant and the Run team to ensure error free delivery during the parallel run and Go Live.
- Ensure timely delivery of payroll register, bank file, general ledger file, pay slips and other customised reports to the run team
- Processes deliverables as per the SLA agreed with the client
- Responsible for error free delivery
- Ensures that all payroll related reports are prepared on time and executed
- Maintaining confidentiality and integrity of information at all times.
- Adheres to all policies and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in related area of study.
- Graduate with 3 years of experience in Singapore / Philippines payroll processing. Having knowledge of both the countries is an added advantage.4 plus years of experience in Singapore Payroll and compliance.
