    JOB DESCRIPTION:
    Executive Assistant

    $7-8 AUD per hour, to start at 20 hours weekly

    Purpose:
    The position is responsible for providing a range of timely and accurate administrative support.

    This position is responsible for supporting the client to help him stay organized and complete tasks that allow him to focus on more advanced responsibilities.

    The role is integral to the success of the business.

    Qualifications:

     ● Must have a relevant experience in Administrative support
    ● AU/NZ/US/UK experience is highly preferred
    ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    ● Great attention to details
    ● Highly organized with good attention to detail
    ● Experience in establishing and maintaining effective administrative systems and processes
    ● Ability to work autonomously and as a team member
    ● Good report writing skills
    ● Background on minute taking
    ● Tech Savvy

    Duties and Responsibilities:

     ● Admin tasks like handling paperworks
    ● Creating power point presentations
    ● Report writing
    ● File management
    ● Manage spreadsheets and budgets
    ● Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
    ● Answers emails in a timely manner
    ● Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other
    correspondence
    ● Create and maintain filing systems
    ● Respond to service enquiries and requests
