- Support in implementation and design of project tracking tools
- Collaborate with other business functions and ensure timely update of NCO data
- Monitor centre inception activities by tracking end-to-end NCO Checklist across functions
- Monitor KPI of Design and Construction team and Floor Planning teams
- Create NCO Pipeline Reports for senior leadership team thru Power BI tool
- Administration of lease database, , construction PM software and other CDSC tools (i.e. Manage Path, Kahua) and ensure complete and timely update by Stakeholders.
- In-charge in the training of Development Team in the usage of NCO set-up systems (i.e. Manage Path)
- Update, maintain and reconcile area database which includes close coordination with Commercial Pricing, Finance and Lease Administration teams
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Bachelors Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration or any finance related field of study
- 6+ years work experience in related, field
- Very good analytical skills and keen to details
- Critical-thinking skills
- Competency in Advanced Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and other Office 365 applications
- Knowledgeable in Share Point and Power BI
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Strong commercial sense; preferably with business partnering capability
- Team player, approachable and enthusiastic
- Highly organized, with high sense of accountability and task ownership
- Strong work ethics, adaptable, focused and composed during a challenging discussion

Overall Responsibilities:
The Property Services Reporting Sr Analyst will join the Property Services Property Development Team responsible for proactively monitoring end to end project status and tracking progress at each project phase of the New Center Openings (NCO). Role responsibilities include support in designing and implementing project management trackers and reports, monitoring of project progress, and tracking of key performance indicators (KPI), and audit of global area database.
