Basic Qualifications:

CPA required
At least 5 years in handling the following accounting areas: General Ledger, Intercompany and Related Party Accounts, AR and AP, Cash or Travel Advances, Accruals, Fixed Assets, Payroll Accounting, Reconciliation and reporting
Experienced in taxation (withholding taxes, VAT) and preferably in dealing with BIR and statutory compliance
Basic skills in handling budget and forecasting
Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong | Day Shift

Job Responsibilities:

Parking of journal entries for day to day and month end transactions relative but not limited to thefollowing areas:a.

Disbursementsb. Intercompany Billings and Revenuec. Accrualsd. Depreciatione. Purchases-Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies.-Preparation of filing and payment of statutory reports for BIR and other government institutions(e.g., preparation of VAT returns, ITR, filing of Financial Statements with BIR and SEC etc.)

Preparation of account schedules on a monthly basis for account reviews and in preparation forannual audits.
Support month end and year end process and assist in the preparation of monthly and annualFinancial Statements.
Ensures and maintains proper documentation of vouchers, etc.

to support ERP transactions.

Prepare purchase orders and payments by requesting disbursements and verifyingdocumentation.
Billing and collection follow up of intercompany transactions.
