    Key Responsibilities:

    Recording Financial Transactions:
    . Enter daily financial transactions into MYOB and Xero accurately and
    promptly.
    . Maintain records of income, expenses, assets, liabilities, and equity
    transactions.

    Accounts Payable and Receivable:
    . Process invoices, receipts, and payments from suppliers and clients.
    . Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
    . Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections from
    debtors.
    . Process expense claims efficiently, ensuring that employees are reimbursed
    promptly and in compliance with company policies.
    . Prepare payment instructions as directed.

    Bank Reconciliation:
    . Reconcile bank statements with the company's financial records to ensure
    accuracy.
    . Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.

    Financial Reporting:
    . Generate financial reports such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash
    flow statements.
    . Provide financial insights and analysis to management to support decision- making.

    5.


    Compliance and Documentation:
    . Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
    . Maintain organized and accurate financial records for auditing and taxation
    purposes.

    6.


    Communication and Collaboration:
    . Communicate effectively with colleagues both locally and in Australia to
    provide financial information and support.


    Skills and Qualifications:
    . Proficiency in MYOB and XERO.
    . Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
    . A solid understanding of bookkeeping principles, including double-entry
    accounting and reconciliation processes.
    . Organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
    . Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive financial
    information.

    . Relevant education or certification in accounting or bookkeeping (e.g., Bachelor's
    degree in Accounting, Certified Bookkeeper).
