JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Focuses on the execution of all online marketing initiatives, product listing optimization, website management, and customer relationship management.

2. Write and edit product content that will be published on E-Commerce website/platforms.

3. Create and optimize product listings, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and keyword optimization to enhance discoverability and conversion rates.

4. Set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance.

5. Coordinate with Product Management Department on providing all categories and SKU listings, promotions and product highlight, and others related that will be shared across all website/platforms.

6. Coordinate with Marketing Department on providing collaterals/artworks for regular and promotional items, for assets needed across all website/platforms.

7. Coordinate with Business Development Department on new stores/platforms for onboarding.

8. Manage and update website content, design, and features, collaborating with the design and development teams to ensure a seamless user experience.

9. Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and trends to identify opportunities and make informed business decisions.

10. Initiate and monitor inventory allocations daily across all website/platforms.

11. Coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics Departments on order preparation and deliveries in a timely manner.

12. Assists with Customer Service Department on resolving after sales support, customer inquiries, issues and feedback, and overall user experience.

13. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in E-Commerce, and recommend innovative strategies and tools to enhance business performance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or equivalent.

2. Candidate must have high proficiency in MS Office programs and CRM software or analytics.

3. Candidate must be knowledgeable with E-Commerce space that includes marketing strategies, E-Commerce website builders (e.g. Shopify, etc.), product development, competitive strategies, consumer research, industry trends and usability best practices.

4. Candidate must have familiarity with web design and a keen eye to detail.

5. Candidate must possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.

6. With 1-3 years of experience specializing in E-Commerce, Marketing, Web Content and Design, or equivalent
