- Managing a high-volume pipeline of candidates across various technical positions
- Pre-screen all new applications and identify applicants who passed the qualification requirements as per job specifications
- Organize schedules of exam for candidates and prepare necessary documents
- Contribute to strategic planning in order to resolve manpower needs
- Schedule initial, technical & final interviews for shortlisted candidates
- Helps the HR Head to organize the company Chart (Organizational Chart)
- Manages Performance Appraisal and feedback Schedule and prepare documentation needed for all employees
- Handles HR Team Building activities and other related events
- Assists in payroll and government statutory reports field work from time to time
- Other related tasks may be assigned from time to time
- Education: Bachelor degree or above;
- Experience: more than 2-5 years of related work experience preferably in the automotive industry;
- Good English Communication Skills
- Can travel/Commute on Site is a MUST
- Strong management ability to communicate with the Leaders and Employees
