Responsibilities:
- Supervise and develop Managed Care Analysts, Value-Based Experts, Revenue Analysts, Revenue Experts, and Revenue Applications Analysts through coaching, performance management, goal setting, and development planning.
- Oversee credentialing responsibilities performed by managed care credentialing administrators.
Requirements:
- Proven people-leadership and coaching skills with experience managing both functional analysts and technical analytics professionals.
- Strong understanding of managed care contracting, payer reimbursement methodologies, value-based payment models, and net revenue concepts
Work arrangement:
- Shift: Night Shift with flexibility
- Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days RTO and 2 days WFH), with a required 3-month onsite training period
- Location: Taguig
