Job summary
+The Supervisor Managed Care & Revenue Analytics leads multi-disciplinary teams supporting managed care contract operations reimbursement and net revenue analytics payer performance monitoring and revenue analytics applications.++This role ensures accurate timely and consistent analytical outputs while acting as a key liaison between GBS teams and U.S.-based Managed Care Finance Revenue Cycle and Data leadership.+
Responsibilities
- Supervise coach and develop Managed Care Analysts Value-Based Experts Revenue Analysts Revenue Experts and Revenue Applications Analysts through performance management goal setting and development planning.
- Ensure the quality consistency and timeliness of deliverables across managed care contract analytics value-based performance reporting net revenue analytics and revenue analytics applications.
