- Financial acumen — Ability to build business cases, model cash flows, and evaluate project economics.
- Complex deal structuring — Experience with multi-year contracts, performance guarantees, and risk-sharing models.
- Consultative selling — Translate technical capabilities into customer outcomes and ROI.

- Cross-functional influence — Lead without direct authority; coordinate engineering, legal, and delivery teams.

- 8–12+ years in business development, account management, or commercial roles within energy, utilities, or related infrastructure.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT-related courses, Business, Energy Management, or equivalent; MBA or technical master's preferred.
- (Optional) Certifications — Advantageous: PMP, CEM, energy market certifications, or industry-specific training.
