Job summary
The role will blend strategic thinking with operational execution to support regional growth, strengthening the employer brand across diverse cultures in Asia. Roll out LG Electronics' global HR philosophy across Asia-based subsidiaries (Australia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia , Japan , Malaysia , Philippines , Singapore , Thailand , Taiwan , Vietnam) and align regional HR operations with global standards . Implement LG Electronics' global HR policies and programs consistently across all Asia subsidiaries. Ensure full adoption and adherence to these policies at the local level.< / p>,< h2 > < b > Qualifications < / b >< / h2>
- At least 5 years relevant experience in both Talent Acquisition and Talent Management preferably within a Multinational Company ( MNC ) environment in Asia. < li > In-depth understanding of the labor market recruiting channels and cultural nuances across various Asian countries .
