- Assists in implementing the Company's security plan and procedures.
- Helps monitor compliance with the International Ship & Port Facility Security (ISPS) Code and the security management system (ISO 28000:2022)
- Assists in identifying potential security threats and areas requiring enhanced security presence.
- Conducts regular inspections of port and company facilities to support compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Supports the preparation and execution of security response measures in the event of threats or incidents.
- Coordinates with Operations on security-related incidents, accidents, or breaches of policies.
- Assists in overseeing the contracted security agency to ensure effective guard force deployment and performance.
- Monitors guard schedules, attendance, and billing documents.
- Prepares and maintains records, logs, and reports related to security operations and incidents.
- Assists in maintaining inventories of security equipment and ensures their readiness for use.
- Conducts security awareness sessions for employees and all stakeholders.
- Helps enforce Company policies and procedures on safety and security across facilities.
- Assists in monitoring adherence to Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment policies within assigned areas.
- Bachelor's degree of any four-year course
- With five-year experience in military and security management
- Port Facility Security Officer (PFSO) Certified and Certified Security Professional (CSP) Certified
- Proficient in MS Office
