    Admissions Sales Team Manager

    Makati, Philippines | US Business Hours (Night Shift)| On-site

    EduConnect USA is seeking an experienced Admissions Sales Manager to lead and drive the performance of our Makati-based enrollment team. This is a revenue-focused leadership role responsible for managing sales targets, improving conversion rates, and coaching a team of enrollment advisors from lead generation through application submission.

    You will manage a small but high-impact team (2–3 recruiters) responsible for converting inbound leads into qualified applicants for U.S. study and work opportunities.

    What You'll Do

    • Lead, motivate, and supervise a recruitment team through the full sales cycle:
    • Calling and qualifying leads
    • Scheduling and completing appointments
    • Follow-ups and conversion to applicants
    • Coach the team on sales cadence, scripts, objection handling, and follow-up strategy
    • Monitor daily activity, pipeline health, and conversion metrics
    • Step in to take calls, appointments, and follow-ups when team members are unavailable
    • Ensure CRM accuracy, reporting, and pipeline hygiene (HubSpot preferred)
    • Collaborate with marketing on lead quality, email campaigns, and conversion strategies
    • Train new hires and continuously improve team performance
    • Work on-site in Makati during US business hours

    What We're Looking For

    • Proven experience managing or leading a sales or recruitment team
    • Strong understanding of the sales process and conversion funnels
    • Experience in higher education recruitment, admissions, or education services is strongly preferred
    • Comfort being both a manager and to step in and contribute as a recruitment rep when needed
    • Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a strong plus)
    • Understanding of lead nurturing, follow-ups, and basic email or marketing campaigns
    • Data-driven mindset with the ability to coach performance using metrics
    • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
