Job Summary: The Finance Supervisor oversees financial operations, ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, and provides accurate financial reports to support business decisions. The role includes supervising accounting staff, monitoring transactions, and ensuring timely filings and audits.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Accountancy, Finance, or related course
- At least 4–5 years of accounting/finance experience, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and regulatory compliance
- Proficient in accounting systems and MS Office
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to lead a team effectively
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily finance and accounting activities
- Review and prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Ensure timely filing of taxes and statutory requirements
- Monitor cash flow, payables, and receivables
- Coordinate with auditors, regulators, and external partners
