The Finance and Accounting Lead oversees end-to-end financial operations ensuring accurate reporting regulatory compliance and disciplined budget and cash flow management. Responsibilities include Financial Reporting Compliance Taxation Budgeting Forecasting Cash Flow Management Payroll Processing Statutory Contributions Compliance General Ledger Reconciliation Process Improvement Policy Documentation Schedule Adherence Qualifications require Minimum of years experience in finance with at least years in a supervisory or lead role Strong background in financial management payroll processing Proficient in Microsoft Excel financial software such as QuickBooks SAP Xero Similar systems Solid knowledge of Philippine labor laws payroll tax statutory reporting requirements High attention to detail excellent organizational skills Strong leadership communication problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure meet strict deadlines
