- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
- Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
- Ensure the organizationâs compliance with government regulations
- Ensure all company HR policies and procedures are applied consistently
- Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
- Analyze trends in compensation and benefits
- Design and implement employee retention strategies
- 10-15 years experience in managing Human Resources.
- Graduate of psychology, behavioral science, human resource development or other related courses
- With background in human resource, labor relations, organizational development, business management and other relevant work experience
- Ensure all company HR policies and procedures are applied consistently
- Knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring and employee relations
- Demonstrated efficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Willing to report in the office (Cubao, Quezon City)
