- Mid Level experience in related field

- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and other healthcare software
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and coding
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Accurately enter patient demographic information and medical history into electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Prepare and organize patient charts and medical records for upcoming appointments and procedures.
- Review and verify the accuracy of all entered data to ensure completeness and adherence to established protocols.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and administrative staff to obtain necessary patient information and documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive patient data.
- Assist in the retrieval and filing of medical records as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency.
- Respond to inquiries from patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders regarding medical records and data entry.
