    • Perform a variety of data entry tasks, including sorting, proofing, updating, mailing, and storing information
    • Maintain accurate and organized data files
    • Review data for completeness, consistency, and accuracy
    • Update databases promptly and efficiently to avoid backlogs
    • Process and resolve data inquiries by searching and reviewing relevant databases
    • Enter and update information in Excel spreadsheets
    • Ensure data confidentiality and adhere to security protocols
    • Perform other assigned tasks as necessary

    Requirements

    • Minimum of two (2) years of college or a vocational/short course certificate in relevant field
    • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and learn quickly
    • Strong typing skills (minimum 30 words per minute)
    • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
    • No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn is essential
