- Build up merchandise Stock Keeping Units (SKU) in the system by encoding assigned SKU number, merchandise description, vendor code, product classification/category, item cost, and other relevant information necessary for proper identification of individual merchandise.
- Supports the Senior Buyer / Division Head in various buying activities and effectively negotiates for the best deals from suppliers.
- Coordinates orders and delivery of items to concerned suppliers.
- Managing the category assigned and ensures market profitability
- Builds opportunities for promotions with suppliers to get the best deals for Landers Superstore members.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any business-related field.
- Manager 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Retail or Merchandising or equivalent.
- With at least 3 years of buying experience in a retail environment or substitute 5 years of merchandising experience specifically for any of the following: FUEL Category.
- With good negotiation and excellent communication skills.
- With a sense of urgency and can handle pressure.
- With reporting and data analysis background
- Has good negotiation skills
