    Job Description

    The Key Account Manager will:

    • Develop and execute strategic account plans for key global accounts to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at global accounts, including senior executives, buyers, and category managers.
    • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and pursue opportunities for business expansion.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of account plans and deliver exceptional customer service.
    • Conduct regular business reviews with global accounts to review performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to address any issues.
    • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making and identify new growth opportunities.
    • Lead export sales initiatives, including identifying target markets, developing market entry strategies, and establishing distribution channels.
    • Manage export documentation, logistics, and regulatory compliance requirements to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to international markets.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization.

    The Successful Applicant

    The Key Account Manager has:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
    • Experience in key account management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
    • Proven track record of success in managing global accounts and achieving sales targets.
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience in exporting FMCG products to international markets, including knowledge of export regulations, documentation, and logistics.
    • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and collaborate with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
    • Fluent in English
