    Job Description:

    1. Onboarding/Offboarding

    . Manages Onboarding covering requirements and location validation, account creation, Terms and Conditions acknowledgment, operation training and Go-Live guidelines

    . Facilitates Offboarding of Partners covering DTS to Base Plan Downgrade and Service Point Opt-Out application

    . Processes additional sites for existing Partners

    . Facilitates Onboarding for DTS (Direct to SOC) Plan partners

    2. Operations and Systems Support

    . Liaises with Internal teams to assist partners on their operation needs like Pick-up status and supplies issuance

    . Assists with System issues like SP Portal (Web and Mobile App) inbound concerns, account updating and additional account creation

    . Assists Partners on retraining and reeducation of SOP and Guidelines

    3. Performance Monitoring

    . Daily monitoring of performance metrics such as MTD Ave. handover lead time and MTD FMBWT

    . Manages partners by addressing concerns on stuck and no movement parcels to mitigate potential penalties and claims

    . Monitors handover cut-off /SOC drop-off schedule compliance

    4. Risk and Compliance

    . Manages partners to acknowledge the new Terms and Conditions imposed by the Service Points Team reflecting updated Commercial Terms and SLA requirements

    . Provides Notice to Explain and Warning Notice notification for partners not complying with the Service Points SOP and Guidelines.

    5. Relationship Management

    . Provides announcements and guidelines to partners regarding new processes, updated commercial terms and SLA requirements via SMS, Email and Skype GC

    . Provide and answer calls to check partners on their daily operations and to support on their issues and concerns

    6. Project Management

    . Implement ad hoc projects that will support overall SPX goal to improve Service Point Partner's performance and SLA compliance

    7. Data Analysis and Reporting

    . Support the Team on providing relevant recommendations to improve SOP and processes of Service Points

    . Identifies possible problems based on the data provided by the Team

    . Supports Partners on their raised concerns to provide better solutions based on the actual data

    Requirements:

    . Has at least 2 years experience in the logistics industry

    . Must be able to work independently and as well as a team player

    . Capable of managing external stakeholders

    . Strong analytical, conceptualization, and problem-solving skills

    . Process excellence, communication skills, and interpersonal skills

    . Time management (monitoring performance against deadlines and milestones)

    . Capable of remaining professional & effective in light of sometimes very stressful situations

    . Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets is a must

    . Amenable to do Official Business to visit SPX SOC, Hubs and Partner's location

    . Amenable to report in Podium, Mandaluyong
